We developed this curriculum based on our experience from working with micro-enterprises (less than 5 employees). We noticed that there is always a lack of fundamental business procedures in place. Not having Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for essential business processes creates more inefficiencies, confusion, and most importantly, prevents your business from scaling.
