Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
We are committed to your success and want you to be happy. That is why we offer a free discovery call to find out if your coach is a good fit. Make sure you find out if your coach is a good fit before purchasing and preview our curriculum because there are no refunds on any coaching sessions or curriculum.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Every appointment is scheduled in advance. We respect our coaches time, so any rescheduling, no shows, or cancelations received without adequate notice (12 hours) will be charged full price for the missed session.
